Frogman Interactive Launches Football Recruiting Web Site for ...
Frogman Interactive’s specific skill-sets to help showcase an environment through immersive interactive Web development, such as 360º Virtual Tours and Interactive 3D Floor plans, were critical pieces of the puzzle within this project to engage young high school players. "The prospects we are trying to reach were born in 1990′s, so they have grown up with the Web and look there first," says Jay Sutton, Associate Athletics Director for ASU. "Our goal is to show off our facilities, coaches and championship tradition to these potential recruits. We want to get them engaged and ultimately get them to come to Boone and see our championship program in person. We believe we’ve done that with the help of Frogman Interactive and our award-winning in-house video production capabilities."
To enhance the interactive experience for recruits, Frogman Interactive created a very robust online streaming video platform combined with a content management system to allow The Mountaineers’ video production staff with instant updates of new game footage as soon as it’s produced. "ASU fans are very familiar with the video production that has spotlighted the program over the last half-decade. We wanted to leverage that expertise to really make this a showcase Web site and part of the brand experience for the program," says Hoyle Koontz, Partner and Imaging Director at Frogman Interactive. Other copy and updates to the Web site can also be made instantly via a content management system.
